Great service and superb next day delivery.... ?. No checking for delivery status.

Order was placed before time fie next day delivery, and item was received the next day

I ordered running shoes that UPS lost. Had a terrible experience dealing with the UPS customer service but the customer service i received from Lifestyle Sports was excellent. Emailed customer service and got talking to Michael (Mick), who was very professional and wanted to help. Mick apologised for the confusion and assured me that this would be resolved and i would receive my goods.

Mick was both professional and honest and unlike UPS told me the facts and explained that unfortunately this happens from time to time and apologised unreservedly. Mick was efficient and organised a claim for my goods from UPS which means i will receive my goods and no longer need to deal with UPS (THANK CHRIST!!)

I will be back to Lifestyle Sports but would hope they would switch couriers and will order goods to collect from store rather than to my home or workplace going forward for this reason.

I do not rate Life Style sports they are the worst to deal with. I ordered a Garmin watch for my husband on the 26th of Jan. The watch has still not arrived I sent an email to the helpdesk on the 31st of Jan with no reply the only correspondence was to rate them on trust pilot. Also have rang numerous of times and after 10mins if not answered the call drops, to eventually when they do answer to be told its shipped but they cannot give me a tracking number. My husband sold his old watch and needs this for Triathlon's. Its a disgraceful service the worst customer care I have paid alot of money for this watch but still nothing to show for it.

One of the few Irish business that consistently gets the deliveries to me by midday when you order the goods late the evening before (in Dublin) . They use UPS too, who call your mobile when delivering and don’t just leave stuff at the door. Packaging has always been clean and well presented. Great quality service.

Have been a week that I bought a watch and still didn't get the track of it. I have no ideia when I receive my purchase.

Second time that delivery took longer than next day delivery. As it was late I now have to post the items to USA as the person who ordered the Leinster items (that can only be purchased online & not in store anymore!) has returned after a holiday!

Order was sent in on Sunday evening. Delivery on Monday morning early. Lovely. Happy with the items I ordered. I will recommend your Company for service and purchases.

The sales assistant Jack was amazing. Great at listening to what I needed for my son and went above and beyond to help. He is a great asset to your team. Treated my son so kindly and made that he was comfortable in his new shoes.

Lifestyle are usually brilliant. I ordered these shoes to be collected in store. I never got a collection email this time but saw on the DHL tracking that they had arrived. Weird glitch in the system. Otherwise shoes and everything else was perfect

Did not receive order!
I ordered two pairs of shoes for my brother and sister for Christmas. not only did I not receive my order, but their shocking customer service has not dealt with my situation to find the shoes or offer a refund!
No communication, very poor experience, I will not be returning.

The 'shop service' in your Galway branch was excellent. However Adidas/Lifestyle Sports let themselves down by the lack of stock and sizes available for the Munster RFC jerseys I wanted to buy (style and sizes), especially considering that this is mid-rugby-season
